Mass General Brigham is a nonprofit integrated academic healthcare system based in Somerville, Massachusetts. Formed from the Partners HealthCare system (established 1994) and renamed in 2019, it unites founding members Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital with specialty and community hospitals, a health plan, physician networks and a major research enterprise. It is the largest private employer in Massachusetts.
